1. Overview

This website, mahindra-partsdirect.com ("the Site"), is operated by Lynden Equipment, an authorized Mahindra dealer located at 1011 O'Malley Drive, Coopersville, MI 49404, doing business as Mahindra Parts Direct ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability on the Site reflects our dealership inventory and is updated regularly, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error, including after the order is placed. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing/listing errors. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. If we cancel an order, the full amount charged for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Part fitment

You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your equipment before ordering. If you are unsure, call us at 616-997-8888 before you buy — our team can look up your tractor and confirm fitment. Part numbers, supersessions, and applications are provided as a convenience and may contain errors.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, free-shipping eligibility, and oversized/freight handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery of the order to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before ordering.

7. Warranty

Genuine OEM parts sold on the Site are backed by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as expressly stated, products are provided without additional warranties from us, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Trademarks

Mahindra and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Site identifies genuine products and our status as an authorized dealer and does not imply sponsorship of the Site by the trademark owners. All other Site content is our property or used with permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at disruptive volume, submitting false order or payment information, or violating applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order or use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including equipment downtime or lost profits.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
